Express Design Consultation:

Express Design Consultations are private phone or zoom consultations during which we assess the landscape potential and program possibilities of your site, demystify the design and construction process, and unpack solutions and tactics that will help guide the next steps in the design process. This session is a great opportunity to request specific advice related to project phasing, construction budget and priorities, planting design, accessibility needs, maintenance and operations—and anything in between.

Landscape Concept:

A Landscape Concept will result in a clear and comprehensive vision for your landscape, tailored to the specific characteristics and needs of your site. We’ll help you identify which features and programs you want in your landscape, spot new opportunities and constraints based on a close analysis of the site, and workshop scope possibilities. Then we’ll work directly with you to develop a visual design framework, gathering feedback and adjusting along the way, so that you’re ready to step into the next design phase with clarity and confidence. The Landscape Concept is also the perfect foundation for a longer-term partnership with studio VISIT.

Full Site Design:

In a Full Site Design, we’ll take your project from the first idea to finished landscape. Phases may include Landscape Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Costing and Pre-Construction, Installation Management, and a Post-Design Framework. Full Site Design means that we’ll be with you every step of the way, creating a custom design that realizes your project an efficient, joyful, and ecologically mindful way.
